We are seeking a Sales Manager with a strong leadership presence, the ability to develop a sales team and the passion to work effectively with community businesses. The Sales Manager will lead a team of top sales professionals in offering our customers a dynamic portfolio of media products.
As a Sales Manager, you’ll build, motivate and empower your sales team to deliver solutions to small and medium-sized customers to make their businesses grow. With your ongoing coaching and development, you’ll drive the sales performance of your team by:
- Managing, developing and tracking your team’s performance.
- Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new business.
- Modeling effective sales strategies for your team to follow.
- Tracking and reporting key financial, budget, and sales metrics.
- Working hands on with your team through four-legged calls and presentations.
The position is based in Astoria, Ore., with frequent travel to the peninsula and south county.
