We seek a seasoned sales manager to lead Capital Press’ sales teams. The sales manager is responsible for goal-setting, operation, and ultimate success of our experienced, dynamic regional and inside sales teams. As the guiding hand for the teams, excellent motivational and interpersonal skills are a must. The right candidate for this position will be detail-oriented and skilled at handling multiple projects while maintaining a positive attitude. Prior media or agriculture experience preferred. Maximizing use of a CRM is mandatory. This position also manages a small but important base of major accounts. The sales manager reports to the advertising director.
Capital Press is based in Salem, Oregon, with routine travel throughout the Northwest.
